I know you’re busy. There are 1,440 minutes in a day. Use 30 of them to work out.

Reminder: no classes on Monday or Tuesday. Brian and I are taking our first (long overdue) trip alone in 3+ years! We will be back for class on Thursday.

Here is a fun reverse ladder workout to try on Monday or Tuesday to keep the momentum going. Get your babies down for a nap, pull out a mat and just.do.it.

5-4-3-2-1

5 minutes cardio: (1 minute high knees, 1 minute jumping jacks, 1 minute front kicks, 1 minute cross country skis, 1 minute run in place)

4 minutes lower body: (1 minute walking lunges, 1 minute mountain climbers, repeat)

3 minutes upper body: (10 seconds push-ups, 10 seconds tricep dips, rest for 10 seconds, repeat for 3 minutes)

2 minutes: (30 seconds squats, 30 seconds jump squats, repeat)

1 minute: hold plank (chin up, abs in)

Repeat 2x for a 30 minute workout or 3x for a 45 minute workout.

Stretch thoroughly and hydrate!
